This form is used to submit your entry into the Q Forest Festival DJ Competition for a chance to win one of two slots at our festival free of charge. No purchase necessary, terms and conditions apply.

Requirements:

• Be over the age of 21
• Submit a complete application before the February 28, 2026 deadline
• Have originals on your SoundCloud account (or similar platform)
• Must submit a new 15-30 minute mix with at least 3 originals mixed in and have it posted on Soundcloud (include the link below)
• Must be following @qforestfestival on Instagram and repost competition announcement
